Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a wholesale site supplying to the Hair and Beauty Industry. Laura Ashlea Hair assumes that customers purchasing from this store have prior knowledge and or experience regarding proper use of products sold in this store.
  2. Laura Ashlea Hair does not take any responsibility for misuse or inappropriate use of any product sold in this store.
  3. Products will be only be dispatched once they have been fully paid for.
  4. Minor variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from depicted pictures/photos on the website or printed catalogues.
  5. Freight automatically quoted by the website is for non-bulky items usually weighing in total of 20kg or less.
  • Bulky items such as furniture, trolleys, wash basins, pedestal hair dryers etc. generally attract an additional freight surcharge. The freight surcharge may sometimes vary depending on delivery address is a remote location. In such situations, Laura Ashlea Hair reserves the right to adjust freight charges.
  • All short sent items and damaged goods must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. The onus is on the receiver to provide digital images of any damaged items. Any refunds of replacements are the discretion of Laura Ashlea Hair after assessment of the claim.
  • Please choose want you want carefully as once the payment has been completed, the order cannot be refunded


Order Processing & Delivery

Order Processing

Once payment has been received please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed through our system (furniture orders require longer, see next section)


Your order may be marked received, processed, on backorder or shipped. Orders marked processed are currently being processed through our system and will be shipped shortly. If your order has been backordered we will advise you of the expected date of delivery. Shipping information is forwarded to your email.


Furniture/ Equipment:

Once payment has been received in full please allow up to 10 days for furniture and salon equipment orders to be processed through our system.


A signature is required upon receipt.


Sorry, we do not send furniture overseas.


Furniture Postage Costs:

The cost for postage depends on weight/destination (Please call for applicable furniture delivery charges)


Delivery Times:

Parcels generally will be dispatched between 2 to 10 working days after payment has been received.


Transit time within Australia is generally 1-7 working days depending on destination/delivery method


International transit time is generally 5-10 working days, but can be more depending on country/delivery zone


Free Delivery

All orders over $150.00 are delivered free of charge within a 30 klm radius of the Melbourne CBD.


This excludes furniture, basins and mirrors. (Please call for a delivery price for these items)


Damaged Parcels:
  • All care is taken to ensure your parcel arrives in excellent condition, however if damage/leakage does occur during transit - do not accept the parcel, so it will be returned to us
  • If you find the items have been damaged during transit after you have accepted the parcel - please contact us



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 4 days, we will exchange it or replace it (postage non-refundable). If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorisation must be requested. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying paperwork.

Goods must be returned within 4 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition including original packaging.
The seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels or the cost of postage. Postage on the original order will not be refunded.



Goods are sold on the understanding that they are used for there intended purpose.



Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
